基于质与量的高校课酬分配体系

摘    要:如何合理有效地分配高校教师的课酬,成为高校薪酬制度改革的重要内容。本文分析了传统的高校课酬分配体系存在的弊端,构建了基于质与量的高校课酬分配体系。在课酬计算过程中,考虑了职称-质量系数,充分体现了教师课酬分配按劳分配、优教优酬的原则。

Abstract:Nowadays how to allocate the period-pay among the teachers effectively has become an important issue of period-pay allocation reform.This paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of the traditional allocation system in the higher education institutes,puts forward a period-pay allocation system which based on the quality and quantity of teaching in the Higher Education Institutes.Such an allocating gives a full consideration to the professional post——quality modulus,which gives full play to the allocating principles in terms of the teaching labor and the teaching quality in the allocation system.
