| 摘 要： | 自2009年中国央行推行人民币跨境贸易结算以来,人民币国际化已经有了较大进展,但是围绕人民币国际化也起了很多争执,并且人民币国际化的走向似乎在偏离国际货币的基本职能。国际货币最基本的职能是交易媒介,其次是定价功能和作为储备资产。在全球流动性泛滥和金融工具日趋复杂的情况下,人民币国际化过程中要防止人民币成为国际金融市场的投机对象,正是基于此,要谨慎发展人民币离岸金融市场。人民币国际化需要一定程度的资本项目开放,但是并不需要资本项目完全可兑换来支撑。人民币国际化应该从定价、交易媒介、储备资产等基本功能战略性的推进,同时需要中国商业银行的跨国经营来配合和支持。
