公路规划管理的全寿命周期体系框架研究

公路的合理规划与管理是保证施工质量的关键。由于公路设计规划的不周全考虑,导致公路成本浪费、使用寿命短,引发重大交通安全事故。由此,本文将全生命周期概念引入到公路设计与规划当中,提出了全寿命周期的公路规划理论框架,并从设计、审查、施工、维护等全周期控制管理方面进行了分析,以保证现代公路建造质量。

Research on System Framework of Highway Planning and Management in the Full Life Cycle

Reasonable road planning and management is the key issue to ensure road construction quality. Due to inadequate design and consideration, roads suffer from short service life, cost waste, and serious traffic accidents. Hence, this paper has introduced the whole life cycle concept into the road design and planning, and put forward the theory framework of highway planning with full life cycle. The design, review, construction and maintenance in the full cycle control management are analyzed to ensure the quality of modern highway construction.
