中国油菜籽生产区域比较优势分析

基于比较优势原理,利用改进的综合比较优势指数法,对中国油菜籽主产区在2006-2011年间的比较优势变动趋势进行了分析,结果表明:青岛、湖北、湖南、贵州、四川、江西、山西七省具有明显的地区生产优势,河南和云南不具有地区生产优势;江苏、浙江、安徽的种植规模逐年减少;江苏、河南、四川、安徽、浙江和湖北省的效率指数呈增长趋势;浙江、四川、湖北、湖南、江苏、青海、河南和江西的效益指数呈增加趋势,油菜种植业在其种植业内部的优势越来越明显;湖北省综合优势位于首位,同时在此基础上提出优化中国油菜产业结构的对策建议。

Comparative Advantage Analysis of Rapeseed Production Areas of China

Based on the principle of comparative advantage, this paper used the improved comprehensive comparative advantage index to analyze the changing trends of the comparative advantage of China＇s main rapeseed producing areas from 2006-2011. The results show that： Qingdao, Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Shanxi Province have distinct regional production advantages, Henan and Yunnan do not have regional production advantages; the scale of planting in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui are decreasing; the efficiency index of Jiangsu, Henan, Sichuan, Anhui, Zhejiang and Hubei shows a growth trend; the benefit index of Zhejiang, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Qinghai, Henan and Jiangxi shows an increasing trend, and the advantages of rapeseed cultivation industry becomes increasingly obvious in its internal strengths; comprehensive advantages of Hubei is in the first place. And on this basis suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure of China rapeseed are proposed.
