| Abstract: | To solve the subjectiveness and blindness in the assignment plan of artillery firepower, a multi-index optimizational model based on 0-1 programming is established. At last, the paper illustrates the application of the model in the fire plan scheme, the practical case demonstrates satisfactory practicality and effectiveness. It provides a new way which combines qualtitative and quantitative methods to assign and optimize the plan of artillery firepower. |
