| 摘 要： | 供用电合同是供电企业与用户具有供用关系的唯一有效法律凭证,及时、规范地和用户签订供用电合同是供电企业维护自身合法利益的重要方法。本文主要分析了在供用电合同管理过程中存在的各种问题,在此基础上,根据实际情况,提出了针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | The power supply and consumption contract is the only effective legal document of relationship between power supply enterprises and users, timely and correctly signing a power supply and consumption contract with users is a important way to protect the interests of the power supply enterprises. This paper analyzed various problems existing in the power supply contract management process, on this basis, according to the actual situation, proposed the corresponding countermeasures. |
