To Master the Personality Type and Become a Strategy-based Etiquette Trainer

This paper aims to research and analyze different personality types, and presents corresponding strategies at the course on etiquette training. There are four personality types： perfect type, power type, active type and peaceful type. Based on the different personality types of trainees, this article lists advantages and disadvantages of each type and offers the corresponding training strategies to enhance the effectiveness of training.
