| Abstract: | Taking food and pharmaceutical industries as an object, this paper discussed the prevention and resolution of enterprise crisis from the perspective of product dispute management, analyzed the inside and outside reasons for products dispute, explored the risk prevention in research, development, production and sales process, raised the steps for implementation of product dispute management, as well as the principles should be followed when dealing with similar crises. |
