| 摘 要： | 本文介绍沿海城市建设中桩墙组合+水泥土内插钢管加固土台设计、施工要点;通过工程应用实例介绍一种实用新型技术施工工艺,解决了在旧城改造建设中房屋建筑地下深基坑支护中地下连续墙+锚索、排桩+对撑梁两种设计方案无法施工的难题。此施工技术既具有施工方便、施工效率高、加快工程进度及保障基坑安全的优点,又具有节约成本、工程质量好的优点,能为企业带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | This paper states the design and construction points of pilling wall＋cement and steel pipe reinforcement. Combined with construction cases, it describes a new practical construction technology. It solved the problems that diaphragm wall ＋anchor cable, campshed＋support beam construction can not be used in reconstruction of old city. The construction technology has the advantages that construction is convenient, construction et~ciency is high, the construction schedule is speeded up and ensures the safety of foundation pit, has saving cost and good project quality, bring good economic benefits and social benefits for enterprises. |
