高职实践教学评价体系的构建研究

摘    要:实践教学是高职高专主要的教学方法,高职实践教学效果直接关系到人才培养的质量,构建一套高职实践教学评价体系对高职教育有较大的现实意义。本文根据高职实践教学的特点,从课堂教学、实训室教学、实训基地教学三个方面客观评价实践教学效果,再从学生评价、教师评价、同行评价三个方面主观评价实践教学效果。再通过特尔斐法和模糊数学聚类分析对客观评价结果和主观评价结果进行综合分析,最终得出评价结果。该方法对揭示实践教学过程中存在的问题有很强的指示作用。

Abstract:The practical teaching is the main teaching method in higher vocational education and its effect is directly related to the quality of talent training. It is of great practical significance to construct a set of higher vocational practical teaching evaluation system. According to the characteristics of the practical teaching of higher vocational education, the practical teaching effect is objectively evaluated from three aspects: classroom teaching, laboratory teaching and training base teaching, and subjectively evaluated from another three aspects: student evaluation, teacher evaluation and peer evaluation. Then comprehensive analysis is done to the objective and subjective evaluation results through the Delphi method and fuzzy mathematics analysis, and the final assessment of the results is obtained. This method has a good effect on existing indication revealing practical problems in the teaching process.
