| 摘 要： | 全球气候变暖问题日趋严重,城市化和工业化进程加快,对于建设生态型城市有迫切需求。但是中国生态型城市建设面临产业转型困难、生态技术落后、生态意识淡薄,法律法规滞后等问题,低碳生产、低碳建筑、低碳办公、低碳交通、低碳生活、低碳旅游、低碳教育等构成了有效的生态型城市建设模式。碳金融机制能够从碳金融业务、碳基金、碳金融工具、金融市场、金融机构等多方面支持中国生态型城市建设。
