| 摘 要： | 近年来，人民币汇率屡创新高，成为国内外关注的焦点。特别是从2010年6月19日央行决定“进一步推进人民币汇率形成机制改革，增强人民币汇率弹性”以来，人民币汇率出现了一轮持续快速升值过程。探究人民币持续快速升值的原因、分析人民币升值会给中国经济社会发展带来什么样的深远影响，对我们保持人民币汇率基本稳定、化解因升值所带来的负面影响、促进中国经济稳定持续快速发展有着十分重大的意义。
