| 摘 要： | 本文综合运用统计分析与问卷调查方法,从员工利益、纳税责任、环境责任、客户与供应商关系、社会公益责任等方面比较外商投资企业、国有企业和其他(民营、乡镇、改制)企业在华履行社会责任的状况。结论认为,外商投资企业在华社会责任总体表现优于国有企业和其他企业。
