| Abstract: | The pattern,system and behavior of enterprise are the products of its adapting to the ecological environment. The theories of traditional management are based on the enterprise ecology at that time, and can only be applied into explaining the pattern and behavior of enterprise then. Research about modern enterprise pattern must be based on the current enterprise ecology. This paper analyzes the enterprise ecology in industrial and back industrial society, explains the changes of paradigm of enterprise management. |
