| 摘 要： | 职业技术学校是专业型技工人才培养的重要场所,是培养全面发展高素质人才的重要基地,这就要求必须有一支强有力的职教师资队伍作保障。教师职业道德和个人修养等因素,会对学生的人生观、价值观产生巨大影响。文章从四个方面阐述了职教教师的职业道德内涵,并提出具体措施来壮大职教师资队伍,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | Vocational and technical schools is an important place of the professional mechanic personnel training,is an important base for training all-round development of high quality talent,which requires the existence of a strong vocational education teachers for protection.Teachers' professional ethics and personal integrity and other factors,the impact on the student's life and values have a huge impact.Described from four aspects vocational education teachers work ethic connotation,and put forward specific measures to strengthen vocational education teachers,and improve the quality of teaching. |
