试论高校毕业生出路指导

随着我国高校扩招的毕业生走向市场,高校毕业生的就业形势也日趋严峻,在这种情况下,原有的只停留于毕业环节的就业指导已经无法适应新形势发展的要求,因而对大学生的出路指导工作提出了新的要求。本文从高校毕业生出路指导的内涵及意义出发,分析高校毕业生出路指导工作存在的指导对象、内容、形式、功能和组织队伍建设等方面存在着一些问题并寻找问题产生的原因,对高校毕业生出路指导的思路、具体做法进行初步的探索。

Discussion on College Graduates Employment Guidance

With the enrollment of graduates of Chinese universities to market, employment situation of college graduates is increasingly serious. In this ease, the original graduate employment guidance which only focuses on graduation have been unable to adapt to the new development of the situation, therefore it puts forward new demands to college graduates employment guidance. This paper from the content and meaning of college graduates employment guidance, analyzes some problems existing in the prospects of college graduates in the guidance object, content, form, function and organization of team building aspects, and finds out the canses,and explores the college graduates employment guidance thinking and the specific practices.
