| 摘 要： | 运用基于DEA的经济增长核算模型，将劳动生产率的变化分解成由技术效率的变化、技术进步和资本深化所引致的三大部分，并运用反事实劳动生产率差异分析法分析2003-2007年我国39个工业行业劳动生产率差异的演变及原因。结果表明：（1）我国工业劳动生产率整体上有所提高，技术效率的变化和技术进步对此具有促进作用，其中技术进步的贡献较为显著；（2）工业行业间劳动生产率差距扩大，主要源于技术进步和资本深化的作用，而技术效率变化在一定程度上遏制了差距的扩大。为促进我国工业经济协调发展，应不断加大落后行业的资本投资，并改善其技术效率、提升其技术水平。
