| 摘 要： | 从网上银行的内涵和特征入手,阐述了网上银行具有比传统银行更大的风险放大效应,进而对网上银行的风险进行了具体的分拆,逐一分析网上银行运行中所面临的各种风险及其成因,最后从网上银行运营方、监管当局、行业部门和政府这四个角度提出相关的风险管理对策,以有效控制网上银行的风险。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the contents and characteristics of the online bank, the paper elaborates that the online bank has larger risks than the traditional bank. Then it analyzes the risks of the online bank and the reasons. It puts forward the countermeasures to control the risks effectively from the aspects of the online bank, supervision authorities, industry and government. |
