| 摘 要： | 我国人民监督员制度是一项民众参与司法实践的重要举措,其主要职能是对检察机关不起诉处分的监督。日本的民众对不起诉监督主要通过检察审查会进行。尽管两国的司法环境不同,完善我国人民监督员制度仍可借鉴日本民众对不起诉监督的成功的经验。

| Abstract: | The supervisor system in our country is an important measure for the common people's participation in judicial practice,the main function of which is procuratorate's supervision for non-prosecution.Japanese non-prosecution supervision of the common people is mainly through procuratorate' examination.Although the two countries'judicial environments are different,the perfection of our country's non-prosecution supervision system can borrow Japanese successful experience. |
