| 摘 要： | 分析我国青少年犯罪的特点及原因,比较研究国外青少年犯罪社区矫正制度.结合我国国情,提出发展社区矫正制度应建立健全青少年重刑犯社区矫正制度、选择适合犯罪青少年特点的社区矫正项目、强化社区矫正监督、杜绝社区矫正腐败等建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the characteristics and reasons of juvenile delinquency in China, comparatively studied the extraterritorial system of juvenile delinquency community reconstruction, combined with China＇s national conditions, put forward the development of community correction system in our country should be paid attention to legislative norms teenagers felon＇s community correction system in our country, choose suited to the characteristics of the juvenile community correction programs, strengthening the supervision of community correction, put an end to the perfection of community correction corruption. |
