高校国家助学贷款诚信机制的构建

在社会信用缺失和相关法律、法规不健全的背景下,国家助学贷款违约风险问题成为制约其健康发展的巨大挑战.传统的助学贷款诚信教育只是从道德层面对大学生的诚信行为进行规范,并以此唤醒他们的诚信意识,缺乏法律、制度等方面的约束.通过分析助学贷款失信的原因,提出构建高校国家助学贷款诚信机制的对策.

Construction of the Credit Mechanism of Governmental Aid Loan for College Students

The operation of governmental aid loan for college students shows that under the background of lack of social credit and unsound relevant laws and regulations, the risk of default has restricted the healthy development of the governmental aid loan for college students. Traditional credit education of student loan just regulates the credit behavior of college students form the moral level, and awaken their sincerity consciousness. It lacks constraints of law and system, so some default students drill law and system. This paper, through reason analysis on breaking faith phenomenon in student loan, put forward some countermeasures for constructing the college credit mechanism of governmental aid loan for college students. The first is that the social, school, family should be harmonious and unified to ereat a favorable external environment. Secondly, perfect the relevant laws and regulations construction, improve the operating mechanism of national student loans. Thirdly, strengthen college students＇ personal moral cultivation, wake up college students integrity self-discipline consciousness.
