For a long time, the main food production area is bearing the task of national food security. It makes the area face not only the pressure of increasing peasant＇s income and shifting surplus rural labor force, but also the double restraint between territory ecological safety and resource shortage. The author thinks that it is the certain choice for solving above-mentioned difficult problems to develop recycling economy. Under the guidance of this thought, he has made the guideline and put forward the conductive suggestions for the main food production area to develop recycling economy.
