摘    要:优化和完善学籍管理制度是促进和谐教育的重要手段。当前的学籍管理应该进一步树立以学生为本的理念、完善和优化以学分制为核心的制度建设,并在具体的制度上作出修改和完善。

Abstract:Optimization and improvement of the student status management is an imperative measure to harmonious education. The student status management currently necessitates the establishment of the principle of "student-orientation" and the optimization revolving around the administrative mechanism of credit system. Besides, specific regulations about the student status management require further amendment and perfection.
