| 摘 要： | 金城银行是中国金融史上著名的“北四行”之一，它成功的重要原因是具有“适才、适时、适地、适需”的灵活用人特点以及“谨严、考严、律严”的管理特色。这对今天的商业银行仍有借鉴意义。
