| 摘 要： | 随着国家预算改革的不断深化和高校经济活动的发展,高校预算管理中所存在的一些问题正日益显现。本文从加强财务管理的角度出发,对高校预算管理的发展过程进行了简要回顾,对存在的问题进行了归纳分析并提出了相应的对策,还对高校预算管理的发展趋势做了初步的探讨。
