| Abstract: | In this article,the author analyzes the characteristics of Shanghai financial institutions clustering in recent years,and the effects thereof on the construction of Shanghai as an International Financial Centre.The author also gives advices on how to further promote the clustering from the perspective of facilitating the construction of Shanghai International Financial Centre. |
