| 摘 要： | 构建和谐劳动关系,保护农民工合法权益,是近年来我国社会关注的焦点问题之一,同时也是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的重要因素。文章分析了当前劳动关系中在劳动合同、劳动工作安全、农民工社会保障、工会组织以及工资等方面存在的侵害农民工权益的主要问题,提出了改革城乡二元户籍制度、构建保护农民工合法权益的法律法规、建立健全农民工社会保障制度等制度保障机制。

| Abstract: | Structuring harmonious labor relation,and protecting rights and interests of peasant workers,already become one of the hot spot problems and key factors of harmonious society of socialism in China at the same time.Based on analyzing kinds of encroaching on rights and interests of peasant workers in labor relation currently,the article brings forward the mechanism system of ensuring harmonious labor relation. |
