| Abstract: | Energy industry is the foundation for major developed countries. The development of energy industry has the significant effect on the economic development. The paper analyzes the integration of gas industry and electrical industry in the major developed countries, and discusses the reason of this industrial integration. The integration of energy industry is realized on the basis of technical innovation, regulation reform and cross-industries merging and acquisition. |
