安徽省科技创新投资绩效评价及对策

对安徽省科技活动的直接人力资本投入、资金投入与创新绩效之间的定量关系进行了实证分析。在理论分析的基础上,运用主成分分析法对我国各类科技活动的直接人力资本投入、资金投入与创新绩效的水平进行了综合评价,运用回归方法测度了直接人力资本投入、资金投入对创新绩效的贡献度。得出结论:直接人力资本投入和资金投入对创新绩效的贡献都是正的;直接人力资本投入与创新绩效的相关系数略低于资金投入与创新绩效的相关系数。

Science and Technology Innovation Investment Performance Evaluation and Countermeasures of Anhui Province

This paper tries to study the relationships among direct human capital input、funds input and innovation performance quantitatively through an empirical analysis to Anhui province.It evaluates direct human capital input、funds input and innovation performance synthetically using the principal component analysis method on the basis of theoretical analysis.It also measures the contributions to innovation performance of direct human capital input and funds input using the regression analysis method.And it draws the conclusions as following :firstly,direct human capital input and funds input are positively correlated with innovation performance and their contributions to innovation performance are positive;secondly,the correlation between direct human capital input and innovation performance is lower than that between funds input and innovation performance.
