| 摘 要： | 影响新企业效绩(NVP)的因素是多种多样且十分复杂的。当今解释新企业效绩的理论框架并不全面,并且存在着测量指标相互冲突与不明确的问题。解释新企业效绩可以通过研究来自六个主要方面的因素,即企业家(E)、企业战略(S)、产业结构(IS),资源(R),组织结构与制度(OS)以及企业核心竞争力(ECC)。新企业效绩与上述六个主要方面的因素存在着函数关系,即NVP=F(E,S,IS,R,OS,ECC)。

| Abstract: | The determinants affecting new venture's performance(NVP) are complicated and diversified.The current theory frame is not enough to interpret the NVP,with conflicting unclear measurement index.There are six major determinants to be studied to interpret NVP: entrepreneur(E),corporate strategy(S),industrial structure(IS),resources(R),organization structure and system(OS),enterprise core competence(ECC).There is functional relationship between NVP and the six above determi-nants: NVP=F(E,S,IS,R,OS,ECC). |
