中间品进口贸易结构影响技术进步偏向性跨国传递吗

前沿研究已经开始关注技术进步方向变化可能引致的经济后果,却并未重视为什么技术进步方向会发生转变并如何在不同国家实现跨国传递。以发展中国家为视角首先提出了偏向型技术进步的一般化测度方法,并构建生产与研发的两部门模型,通过比较静态分析和动态分析揭示中间品进口贸易结构与偏向型技术进步的数值关系。结果显示:短期中间品进口贸易结构对偏向型技术进步存在正向的水平效应,而其促进效果受两部门相对技术改进率和部门内技术进步增长率影响;长期中间品进口贸易结构对偏向型技术进步存在负向的增长效应。因此,调整中间品进口贸易结构是政府引导技术进步方向的快捷手段,同时中间品进口贸易结构的优化及其长期影响不容忽视。

Does the import Trade Structure of Intermediate Goods Affect the multinational Transnational of Directed Technological progress

The previous literatures mainly focus on the economic consequences may incurred by directed technological progress, however which do not pay more attention on how does the change in the direct of technological progress, and how does the multinational transnational of directed technological progress? From the perspective of developing country, the paper firstly comes up with a generalized measuring method of biased technological progress and develops a model of production and research, and reveals the numerical relationship between trade structure of intermediate goods imports and biased technological change by employing comparative static analysis and dynamic analysis. The results show that trade structure of intermediate goods have a positive effect on biased technological change in the short-term, while the positive effect is restricted by the relative rates of technological improvements of two sectors and the growth rate of technical progress within the sector; In the long-term, import trade structure of intermediate goods have an increasable negative effect on biased technological change. Therefore, the adjustment of the import trade structure of intermediate goods is a shortcut measure for government to guide technological change, what is more, the improvement and long-term effects of import trade structure of intermediate goods shouldn't be overlooked.
