| 摘 要： | 中国农产品质量安全问题主要原因在于:农产品质量安全的监管缺乏有效性、监管的经济动力机制缺乏、文化动力机制缺位、市场动力机制缺失等现象严重.从政府、市场、社会中问层、农民等层面探索出"四位一体"的农产品质量安全监管动力机制,是调动各监管主体积极性和实行切实有效监管的迫切需要.

| Abstract: | The main reasons for the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products are inefficient regulation and severe lack of economic,cultural and market dynamic mechanism of supervision.It's very necessary and urgent to explore a "four-in-one" supervision dynamic mechanism concerned with the quality and safety of agricultural products from the aspects of government,market,intermediate of society and farmers. |
