循环经济模式下铜川市水资源可持续利用的研究

在环境负荷不变条件下,运用控制方程求得的万元产值用水量无法满足循环经济的需求。根据循环经济的理念及方法分析铜川市水资源供给与需求。结果表明:铜川市需通过有关技术革新和采取节水措施,进一步降低万元产值用水量,并建设相应的雨水和污水收集和处理设施,才能实现循环经济模式下水资源的可持续利用。

Researches on sustainable development of water resources in Tongchuan City under recycling economy mode

Under the constant condition of environmental load,water consumption of ten thousand Yuan output value is got from the control equation.It is unable to meet the recycling economy's demand.The water resources supply and demand in Tongchuan City are analyzed according to the idea and method of recycling economy.The following conclusions can be drawn: Tongchuan needs relevant technological innovations,takes the water-saving measures,reduces water consumption of ten thousand Yuan output value and builds corresponding rainwater and sewage collecting and treatment facilities.On such a basis,Tongchuan will realize the sustainable utilization of the water resources under the recycling economy mode.
