摘    要:反向就业歧视是和普通就业歧视相对应的,其表现形式为对特定劳动者群体的特别保护、照顾和优惠措施。虽然对于反向就业歧视的公平与有效性,理论与实践中一直存在争议,但反向就业歧视在国际法和各国国内法中都已经有广泛的体现。我国应当从公平的角度认识和建立完备的反向就业歧视制度。
