| 摘 要： | 文章从复杂性内涵出发,通过分析循环经济系统的开放性、动态演化性、多层次性、非线性、自组织性等特征,指出循环系统本身是一个复杂系统,进而分析了循环经济的复杂性构成,并从政府、企业、社会公众、宏观社会环境和产业环境五个维度探讨了发展循环经济互动与协同的关系.
