摘    要:企业培训已经越来越成为管理者关注的主题,但是现代企业培训的认识与实效却存在着严重的问题。企业培训已经不仅仅停留在提高专业技术的熟练程度上,应该扩展到价值观的沟通、认同,从而改变行为方式和思维方式,以提高企业学习力与创造力,保证企业持续不断发展的活动,于是就诞生了现代企业教育。本文所提出的现代企业教育,把教育提升到战略高度,通过文化熏陶和体验,促进整体团队的学习和进步。

Abstract:Entrepreneurial training m has increasingly become the subject of concern, but modern enterprise awareness and training effectiveness have serious problems. Entrepreneurial training has not only remained in the professional and technical proficiency, communication should be extended to values, identity, thereby changing behaviors and ways of thinking to enhance their learning capabilities and creativity, and ensure continuous business development activities, then they gave birth to the modern business education. Reacting to the modern enterprise education, this article puts the education to a strategic height, and use cultural arts experience for the whole team to learn and progress.
