摘    要:为解决水基钻井液中液相侵入岩层导致粘土矿物吸水后水化分散膨胀造成井壁失稳的问题,通过加热搅拌法制备活度调节剂Urea-Gyl-DES,对其进行性能评价、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析和对水基钻井液的影响评价。实验结果表明,当Urea-Gyl-DES加量为0.5%时相对抑制率可达到100%;通过FT-IR扫描Urea-Gyl-DES,共晶体系中氢键网络形成且无新化合物产生;将Urea-Gyl-DES加入水基钻井液中其抗温性能与钻井液体系适配度均良好。Urea-Gyl-DES具有一剂双效的作用,降低离子活度的同时又有效抑制页岩水化分散。

Synthesis of Novel Activity Regulators and Application of Low Activity Water-based Drilling Fluids
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of wellbore instability caused by the hydration dispersion expansion of clay minerals after water absorption caused by liquid phase intrusion in water-based drilling fluid, activity regulator Urea-Gyl-DES was prepared by heating and stirring method, and its performance evaluation, Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis and influence evaluation on water-based drilling fluid were conducted. The experimental results show that the relative inhibition rate can reach 100% when the Urea Gyl-DES dosage is 0.5%. By FT-IR scanning Urea-Gyl-DES, hydrogen bond network is formed and no new compounds are produced in eutectic system. The Urea-Gyl-DES is added to the water-based drilling fluid with good temperature resistance and good fit of drilling fluid system. Urea Gyl-DES has a dual effect of reducing ion activity while effectively inhibiting shale hydration dispersion.
