| 摘 要： | 传统的食品微生物检验方法,主要包括形态检查和生化方法,其准确性、灵敏性均较高,但涉及的实验较多、操作烦琐、需要时间较长、准备和收尾工作繁重,而且要有大量人员参与.所以,准确、省时、省力和省成本的快速检验方法是食品微生物检测领域的迫切需要.
