| 摘 要： | 随着城市的不断发展，城市改造成为必然。房屋拆迁是作为城市改造的一项重要内容，往往牵扯到诸多利益主体，极易引发纠纷。特别是拆迁方和被拆迁方的利益博弈尤为突出。文章从法律的角度，具体从拆迁方与被拆迁方利益关系、拆迁方与被拆迁方利益冲突产生的根源分析入手，探讨如何寻求拆迁方与被拆迁方的利益平衡，以维护两者关系的和谐。

| Abstract: | In the city development progress, urban reconstruction has become a necessity. As an important content in the urban reconstruction, there are many benefit conflicts in the housing dismantlement, especially the conflicts between the dismantler and the dismantled. Based on the relevant laws, from the relationship between the dismantler and the dismantled and its origins, suggestions on how to balance their benefits are put forward for the further development in urban reconstruction. |
