河北省耕地可持续利用对策

通过对土地可持续利用发展的简述,分析了河北省耕地的现状以及存在的问题,进而提出了河北省耕地可持续利用的对策。河北省耕地利用中存在:耕地量少质差,人地矛盾日益突出,水资源缺乏,耕地肥力不足,生态环境受到污染,非农占用耕地量大等问题。因此,应有加强耕地保护,控制人口,加大投入,改善环境,加快耕地估价工作等一系列的对策。

Countermeasures for Sustainable Use of Cultivated Land in Hebei Province

The paper offers a brief account of the development of the sustainable use of land, and gives an analysis of the current situation and problems of arable land in Hebei Province,such as quantity reduction,inferior quality,increasingly acute contradiction between the population and land,lack of water resources,sterility,the polluted ecological environment,acquisition of arable land for non-agricultural use, etc. Countermeasures are presented accordingly for realizing a sustainable use of arable land,namely,to strengthen the protection of cultivated land,develop the saving-water project,improve the soil fertility,control the population growth, increase agricultural investment, improve the eco-environment and accelerate the appraising system of cultivated land.
