| Abstract: | Leading carders not only is ideological work's mainstay but also its targets.In order to do such work better to people,leading carders should do such work better to themselves.At time to strensthen the administration of leading carders,we should strenshen their ideological work.Leaders' duty decides leaders ideological work's necessity,leaders'position and function decide their ideological work's importance,leader's present decides to strensthen their ideological work's urgency. |
