基于GIS的都江堰灌区管理信息系统的开发与设计

摘    要:结合都江堰灌区水资源管理信息系统,论述了GIS平台建立的关键技术,阐述了系统的体系结构、功能目标,建立了空间信息数据库,并通过ArcSDE(空间数据引擎)在ORACLE数据库平台上对数据库进行访问。利用AO(ArcObjects)组件技术使得该系统更加灵活完善,并可根据要求,设计满足用户需求的软件。

Abstract:Tooking management information system of Dujiangyan irrigation district for instance,the key technique of constructing GIS platform is expounded.In this paper,the systematic structure and function goal is introduced,and the space information database which is accessed by ArcSDE on ORACLE database platfom is set up.Using AO component technique makes the system becomes more flexible and more adaptive,and the software according to the requirement of customer can be designed.
