| 摘 要： | 创业自我效能感是自我效能感在创业领域的具体体现，即个体对自己能否进行和创业相关的任务或活动所具有的信念。在这篇论文中首先对创业和创业心理素质进行描述，着重于根据自我效能感的概念对创业自我效能感进行理论界定，还对创业自我效能理论进行了简评并说明了创业自我效能感培养原则与途径。文章的最后指出创业自我效能理论研究存在的不足以及进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is the specific expression of self-efficacy in the enterprising field, namely, the faith that individual has in his ability to carry out their tasks or activities related to enterprising. In this paper, enterprising and entrepreneurial psychological qualities are firstly introduced, and then focusing on the concept of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is defined theoretically, while brief comments are made on it. Training principle and approach of entrepreneurial self-efficacy are also discussed. At the same time, entrepreneurial self-efficacy theory has its deficiency, and further research should be carried on. |
