| 摘 要： | 基于循环经济的概念内涵和评价原则，及农业可持续发展思想的基本内涵，对黑龙江省农业可持续发展中生态环境问题进行分析，在此基础上提出了发展循环经济是实现黑龙江省农业可持续发展的模式选择，并提出了黑龙江省农业循环经济模式初步框架。

The paper studies the ecology problem in the course of developing sustainable agriculture in Heilongjiang . The circular economy is the only road that developing sustainable agriculture of Heilongjiang. Puts forward the idea and gives the development model of developing circular economy. |
