Happiness is the purpose of human behavior , and it is the only purpose , other things are desirable , because they can promote the reali-zation of the happiness .In Mill’s opinion , happiness is a kind of “interest”, and this “interest” is not a target but some , and be consisted of different specific objectives and desires which people chase .In the construction of socialist harmonious society , the discussion of happiness of Mill is of great sig-nificance to us.
