论犯罪客体与犯罪对象的关系

犯罪客体与犯罪对象是两个联系紧密又难于区分的概念，在考察犯罪构成时，二者是一个有机的整体，缺一不可。只确定犯罪客体不确定犯罪对象，则整个案件会显得过于理论化不能与实践生活相联系，更不能全面的了解案情；反之只是研究犯罪对象而忽略犯罪客体则不能确定案件的性质，所以二者是相辅相成缺一不可的。

Concerning crime object and the relationship of target crime
