论我国商业银行的综合经营之路

面对金融市场国际化发展趋势日益明显,入世后金融业即将全面开放的局面,我国金融业紧跟国际金融业的发展步伐,入世以来积极地采取措施进行改革创新,商业银行的综合经营模式已经初具雏形.我国银行业应该抓住"十一五"期间金融体制改革所带来的机遇,加快金融控股集团化改造.同时,有关部门应尽快解决金融创新、风险控制以及监管等相关问题,保证金融控股集团能够有效地运作,使我国的商业银行能够不断提升竞争力,从容面对经济全球化和金融一体化的挑战.

Comprehensive Management of our Country's Commercial Bank

In the face of internationalized development trend of financial market being obvious day by day and the situation that financial circles will be opened in an all-round way soon after joining the WTO,the financial circles of our country follows the developing steps of international financial circles closely,taking measures to reform and innovate actively since joining the WTO.Then the comprehensive management mode of the commercial bank has embryonic forms for the first time.The banking of our country should catch the opportunity that the reform in banking system bring during'eleven five'and accelerate the transformation of financial holding companies.Meanwhile,the related departments should solve some relevant problems such as finance innovating,the risk control and supervising as soon as possible.So that the finance holding companies can work effectively that will make the commercial banks of our country promote their competitiveness constantly and calm in the face of the challenge with economic globalization and financial integration.
