基于优势基础观的企业持续竞争优势构建

动态环境下企业持续竞争优势（SCA）的构建,已成为当前企业关注的焦点,但现有理论呈现出相对静态和着眼点单一等缺陷。本文提出“优势基础观”,把企业看作包括潜在优势集和现实优势集的竞争优势集合,从而使企业竞争优势如何持续的问题,转化为竞争优势集合如何演化的问题。建立了企业竞争优势的“动态管理”模型,以持续创新、战略资源和核心能力为驱动,通过对主导优势和辅助优势进行选择、培育、更新和主动破坏等动态管理过程,获得企业在总体竞争优势上的发展持续。

The Construction of Sustainable Competitive Advantage based on the Advantage- based View

How to construct the sustainable competitive advantage(SCA) of enterprises has been the current concern for them.But the existing theories demonstrated the defects of relatively static and single perspective.This paper used advantage-based view,regarding enterprise as a constellation of advantages to dispel the one-sidedness.Thus,the problem of how to sustain SCA has been turned to the problem of how to sustain the constellation.The paper set up a model of "dynamic managing".Through the dynamic managing process,the enterprise can selects,cultivates,renews and destroys the dominant advantages and auxiliary advantages to sustain the constellation of existing advantage.
