| 摘 要： | 从IPO折价现象本身特征及其演变规律来看，我国IPO折价率整体上呈现出一种不断下降的趋势，而IPO制度变迁与我国的IPO折价率变化密切相关。坚持IPO制度改革的市场化方向，重点修补目前的询价制度漏洞和向注册制转化是我国IPO发展的重要举措。

| Abstract: | By studying the characteristics of under-pricing phenomenon itself and its evolutionary rules,the paper discovers that IPO under-pricing is taking on a descending trend on the whole,while IPO regime switch is closely related to IPO discount rate change.It argues that the market-oriented IPO regimes reform should be followed,and the key move is to mend the inquiry system loophole and transform to registry system. |
