| 摘 要： | 战略执行是战略管理中比较重要的环节，通过将平衡计分卡应用于房地产开发企业的战略分解及战略执行中，将战略分解为4个方面的衡量指标并加以跟踪考核，可以促进房地产开发企业的战略执行能力。
